Outlook
Its changes
Moves ask. Tell me: when it needs me.
Its instructions
What it's told, word for word.
The bot reads these on every run, with your own tools named where they say “your mail”. Change them before it starts, or any time after.
Take each new mail, the one that just came in or those since the last run, and decide whether it needs you: a question to you, a decision, a deadline. If it does, call `schedules_notify` with one line. Otherwise stay quiet. Never reply or move mail unless the instructions say which folder.
- Conversations
- One per email thread where mail starts it; otherwise a new conversation each run.
- Credits
- About 1 to 4 credits a run, at the model's own rate.
- Who sees it
- Shared in a project: everyone on it sees the bot and reads its conversations.
